Standards & disclosures
TheraIntel makes claims about clinical practice, operations, and regulation. These are the rules that govern how those claims are made, sourced, and corrected.
Last reviewed: June 2026
Sourcing and evidence
Every material claim, statistic, dollar figure, and regulatory assertion is linked to its source. Primary sources are preferred: the rule text, the study, the guidance document, the filing, over secondary coverage of them. Where a number comes from a vendor or an interested party, that origin is named so you can weigh it accordingly.
Reporting, analysis, and opinion
Most briefings are analysis: they take documented facts and argue what they mean for operators. That is editorial judgment, stated plainly and defended, not neutral wire reporting. Where something is uncertain, it is marked uncertain rather than smoothed over. The closing section of each briefing, The Bottom Line, is the author's read, not a directive.
Corrections
Errors are fixed openly. When a correction changes the substance of a briefing, the change is noted with its date rather than quietly edited. To flag something that looks wrong, use the contact below, and include the briefing and the specific claim.
Independence and disclosures
TheraIntel is independent and written on personal time. The views are the author's own and do not represent any current or former employer. No confidential, proprietary, or employer operational data is used. Where a financial position or vendor relationship is relevant to a briefing, it is disclosed in that briefing.
Sponsorship and advertising
TheraIntel does not currently run sponsored content or advertising. If that changes, sponsored material will be labeled as such, kept separate from editorial analysis, and never given influence over coverage.
Use of AI
I use AI tools the way any writer uses research and editing software: to gather sources, check facts, and tighten prose. The take, the analysis, and the operational judgment are mine, and every claim is verified against its primary source before it runs. AI does not decide what TheraIntel thinks.
